情境範例　Example scenario: 一家保險公司的客服人員需要在大量條款中查找答案。導入知識庫助理後，客服可直接提問並取得附有出處的回答，再由人員確認後回覆客戶。An insurer’s support staff had to search through many policy documents. With a knowledge assistant, they ask a question and get an answer with sources, which they check before replying to the customer.
