適合。AI 不一定要從大型專案開始，許多企業先從文件處理、客服或內部知識查詢等單一情境導入，投入小、見效快。我們會依企業規模與預算，建議合適的起點。Yes. AI does not have to start with a big project. Many companies begin with one scenario such as document handling, customer service or internal knowledge search, which needs little investment and shows results quickly. We recommend a starting point that fits your size and budget.

從免費諮詢開始。我們先了解您的營運目標與現況，再建議是否進行「診斷評估」，並說明後續的範圍、時程與費用，讓您評估後再決定。With a free consultation. We learn about your goals and current situation, recommend whether an assessment makes sense, and explain the scope, timeline and cost so you can decide.
導入生成式 AI，會不會有資料外洩的風險？Will generative AI put our data at risk?
風險可以透過架構設計來控管。我們會依資料敏感程度選擇部署方式（例如企業專屬的雲端環境），並規劃權限、存取紀錄與資料保護措施，必要時配合 ISO/IEC 27001 與 ISO/IEC 42001 的要求。The risk can be managed through architecture. We choose the deployment model based on how sensitive your data is (for example a private cloud environment), and plan permissions, access logs and data protection, aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001 where needed.
一定要把系統搬到雲端嗎？Do we have to move everything to the cloud?
不一定。我們會評估各系統的特性、成本與法規需求，可能建議全面上雲、混合雲，或部分維持地端，以最適合的組合為原則。No. We assess each system’s needs, costs and regulatory requirements. The answer may be full cloud, hybrid cloud or keeping some systems on-premises, whichever fits best.
POC 需要多久？費用怎麼計算？How long does a POC take, and what does it cost?
依情境複雜度與資料準備程度而定。我們會在規劃階段明確定義 POC 的範圍、時程、成效指標與費用，雙方確認後才開始執行。It depends on the scenario and how ready your data is. We define the POC scope, timeline, success metrics and cost during planning, and only start once both sides agree.
系統上線後，誰來維護？員工不會用怎麼辦？Who maintains the system, and what if staff can’t use it?
我們提供上線後的維運與優化服務，也會安排教育訓練與操作文件，協助員工上手，並逐步培養企業內部的維護能力。We offer operations and improvement services after launch, plus training and user guides to help staff get started, and we help build your team’s own capability over time.
